Bean, when I took over the humidifier for them, I took her wee hat, but will have to wait until she's feeling better to try it on and take a picture. But for some reason men never get tired of the stuff. For dessert - See's Chocolates and coffee. Indy - I know you are grieving for James - but I consider it a bullet dodged. I sure wouldn't give him the pleasure of saying goodby. To me it's like I'm giving him power over my feelings - and I sure don't want to give the little a$$hole any power. Not that I have strong feelings about the subject. You are worth 20 of him. Jjan - I read Mr Bean your take on computers - and he said you are one smart lady. Lookie what I found!!!!! Surely Lala could have snagged a quick sniff.

Posts: 11335 02/02/12 11:10 AM Spellbound in NY More Recent Posts	Morning dots! wow! am i behind! not much going on here, as I knew would be. they move like molasses in the winter. get up around 9, putter around trying to put their meds together for the day, and spend an amzing amount of time on TWO meals. breakfast finally happens about 11, after a production and a half to set a table, numerous pots, pans, countless dishes, glasses, and commotion. we sit and eat and talk till about noon, and then my stepmom, flits around for about 2 hours, managing to dress herself and make the bed. at the same time, trying to cajole my father awake ( he gets in his recliner after breakfast and sleeps--result of the tons of Parkinson's meds) and into the shower. we went out briefly to the tiny supermarket around the corner, at 2;30, then back home by 3:30. and THEN it was time to start perparing dinner. my father was still in the bathroom trying to wash and shower. LOL the same huge production of pots, pans, etc etc etc. we eat at 4;30, clean up, and she flits around again, putting a load of laundry in the washer. she manages to get in HER recliner around 7, and then it's TV and/computer time until her Seinfeld fix at 11. then off to bed. repeat, repeat, repeat. I can see why she complains there's no time for anything, and god forbid there's a doctor's appointment (which of course, they don't make before 2PM), the whole day is RUSHED. at least I have my kindle, and quilt to break up the day. indy, give him up, and count yourself lucky. there will be no closure, only heartache, and a waste of your time. move on! the pandora beads....yes, lots of imitators out there. some I've seen are also lovely. depends on what you want. I agree wit ALL the llama said about MACs. i have a MAC at work. annoys me, when i have to upgrade or add a program (for personal reasons ) lots not compatible. can't even do Soduko properly (on my newspaper subscription) cause it's not compatible. and they do get viruses. my ex-supervisor got a doozy last year, and was without her work computer for a week while they sorted it out. what a cute pappi pic of lala and clay! who's that guy sitting next to him? was he with clay too? love the hat beanie made for Anne-Marie. too adorable. gotta go, clanging and whatnot going on in the kitchen. should help..... to all!

Posts: 7109 02/02/12 2:30 PM Always and Forever More Recent Posts	That's one handsome guy there, Lala. And Clay's not so bad either. Rowen's behavior was "interesting" in her second music class (3-4yr olds). As soon as mom left the room, Rowen started galloping and skipping around the room (her skipping is hilarious). She also made "snow angels" on the floor. Mom could see through the little window but the doors were locked. Teacher gave out scarves for a dance but I guess Rowen thought she needed more scarves, so she helped herself by getting into the teachers stuff. She was to run something up and down the keyboard (and I, presume, stop) but she kept it up, or something to that effect. Thus the dreaded yellow card. All kids start out with the green card, a warning changes it to blue, then the yellow card, and they have to sit out the next activity. Her mom says the class moves slowly so maybe Rowen wanted to add some excitement (?) but she is a bit upset (Not Rowen, didn't seem to faze her...mom was upset). But, as homework, she was given two cards each with three quarter notes on a staff, and she was to figure out the "tune". No problem, she sang each card perfectly. So she is learning...well, in her own way. But she had excellent behavior in gymnastics (which wasn't always the case.) Indy, I agree with Bean and Clacky, Lorijo and juju and all the others. Let it be. There is no sense in subjecting yourself to this because will be extremely hard, and you will only feel worse and sad and miserable---it's best to move on.
