If anyone has difficulties, please use the below contacts. Vanessa responds very quickly and is a great problem solver. So , make sure you have the updated Adobe Flash and if not, download it using the link in the email. Note, to login or to sign up with Livestream, just click Login right below the chat area below the word "SAY." =============== Clay's FIFTH live video chat exclusively for Official Fan Club members will be held on Tuesday, January 22nd, at 8:30pm EST. All of the action will happen on the Chat page. We encourage you to visit that page and test out the chat in advance to make sure everything is in working order before January 22nd. IMPORTANT UPDATE: We are no longer using Parachat due to concerns with Java security. The new chat room uses flash, so just make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. The move is an upgrade as well, to make sure we don't have any additional technical difficulties. We have opted for the Livestream chat widget, which is very easy to use. You just log in to your OFC account, go to the Chat page, and you will be prompted to create a nickname (which you can change at any time) after you send your first chat message in the window. If you'd like, you can choose a nickname that is the same as your OFC account display name. You don't need to worry about creating a Livestream account. As with the previous chats, we'll be collecting questions ahead of time for Clay to answer during the chat. Visit this campaign in the Campaigns section of the site to submit your questions for Clay! You will also be able to ask him questions directly during the actual chat on January 22nd. You must be an Official Fan Club member to view and participate in the chat. Reply Quote More Recent Posts	Regarding email reminders from OFC for 2012-2013 renewals: I wanted to post that I kept receiving emails saying my membership was due to expire after I renewed and had confirmation of renewal. So, I contacted grndctrl using the online link in post 1 above. Their response, which was received very fast, is below. Apparently reminders will still go out to those of us who chose the "Ultimate Package" renewal last year since it is different than the now digital only membership being offerred. So, if you renewed, you should be able to ignore any reminders to renew in light of this glitch. Thank you for contacting ground(ctrl) support. Since different tiers of memberships are technically labeled as different products, you will receive an e-mail when one is set to expire, regardless of it you've already renewed or purchased a different membership already. We show that your membership is still valid through 06/13 and you can disregard the e-mail you received alerting you to the expiration of your previous membership package. Posts: 6811 11/12/12 7:30 PM stars light up and then fall for you Reply Quote More Recent Posts	I would gladly contact Vanessa at the OFC, except for the fact that they have had me blocked out for weeks now based on I entered an incorrect date for my birthday. They sent me an email with that phone number above and told me to call them. I have tried 10 times now. Sometimes I get a recording that says that number is not in service. Other times I get a message saying no one is available to talk to me. I sent an email to ground control also but have had no reply. I can't get in to enter myself for a M&G. So, how am I supposed to ever talk to anyone in ground control?

Dang...I am so frustrated.

Of course, ground control is closed weekends. That means Monday will be a panic day for me because Tuesday is the radio show pilot.
