Posts: 44692 07/11/10 8:55 PM SSD I'm Yours Reply Quote More Recent Posts	Hi Everyone!! Was looking over the last 3 Parts of our threads....Made me cry. Why did we just go away? We have spent many years here talking, sharing, and just having Fun. I think the last thread was maybe a year long. I wish we could come here and talk like we use to. I know the last year and a half has been different for me. Losing the Love Of My Life was really and still is difficult for me. But have always kept you guys in my thoughts. I.Just.Miss.You.All!!! Still have the same old computer that doesn't want to work, but I will promise to come here and talk to whoever will join me. I still work at the same place, and right now it is mostly on second shift. So can't be here in the evenings, except on the weekends. So Friends, I hope that we can make it back here to each other. I am not one of the original IP's, but I still check out the IP thread and my own Aikenholics Anonymous thread. So sad that they have both kinda fizzled out. I applaud your efforts to rekindle the flame...here's hoping that your efforts aren't for naught. I'll continue to stop in and post... Glad to see that you are still picking up a paycheck. I am too...working as an oral surgeon's assistant by day and a small-town newspaper typist on the weekends... Going to catch some of the news of this day on TV so will sign off for now. Thinking of you NT and wishing you only the best.

Hopefully, it will be up on Youtube soon. NT, what a great idea. If everyone checked in once in a while it would be so nice. Wendy, I didn't forget about you. If you still want the tickets, they're yours. Send me a PM. Everything is good. I am enjoying the summer...always did . Love seeing my grandson and spending more time with my family. I'm still active in the Little Shelter and getting ready for our big adoptathon in August. I am seeing 2 Broadway shows this month- Million Dollar Quartet and La Cage. We have a lot of plans including a Christening, a Yankee game and Clay at Foxwoods on 8/7. Knowing I do not have to get ready for work again in the fall is well... I hope all is well with the IPs and lurkers, and would love to hear from you.

Life here has been crazy... Carter turned 4 and we had his birthday party just this past Saturday. He had a Toy Story themed party. We had so much fun We went to the beach the last week of June where Carter got to spend his actual birthday (June 30) we took him put put golfing and out to dinner at a pirate resturant. Lots of fun!! I can not believe my little guy is now 4! I DVR'd Clay on the view and plan on watching it this evening. I am not sure if I will get to any concerts this summer. I really want to go but nothing is really close to me ..... I might just have to take Anne on a road trip I hope you all are well and I will try SO hard to stop by! I miss you all SO much!!! An IP reunion needs to be in the works!!!!

Yes, NT, I am going to see him on the 29th with my Japanese friend. The venue is not very big so I think we'll have a good view of the stage. I was there in Dec.to see Michael McDonald. It will be fun to see him live again. Some fans are coming from Japan. He still has some loyal fans. I am glad you started this thread. Please don't think you are stepping my toe. Never! I love my twins. They are such nice kids. They will be going to a local college full time from this fall. They are doing running start. I hope they won't burn out. I saw The View on Youtube. Man, those ladies talk so much and he couldn't say much. I saw my another AI favorite, Casey, on the screen when Bret Michael was talking Suzie, I saw your facebook and you said you were going to take Carter to a dentist for the first time. Good Luck! I am sure he will be fine. LI, I am enjoying your pictures on your FB. You sure are looking good and your hubby looks fabulous too. And your G. son is so adorable. I was just looking at your art work I have saved in my photobucket the other day. I would love to see your new ones too. I still have my 2nd job, but I am not sure how long I can keep it. I've been with them since 1996, but things have changed so much. I still love my main job. My boss is so wonderful. John has been unemployed for about 3 months and it has been little stressful. Suzie, LI, and Khannat...I check you guys out at Facebook from time to time. I don't usually post there, but I lurk a lot. Khannat...I wish I could go to the Snowqualmie concert, but the distances and timing just don't work out. A friend and I are flying to Reno...then we come back on Aug. 1 and rush the 25 miles to the Nokia. I am going east because another friend has family there....and I haven't seen a lot of the areas there. Hugs to all. You guys asked for more art...you might be sorry...here are a few new ones: I just finished painting a chair for the NIP Painted Bottoms contest. I will post photos when the competition is over.

I just LOVE the colors you use. Honestly, I can't pick a favorite because they are all beautiful and unique. See you at Foxwoods! I was thinking about Clay on The View. This year, I had a student whose father was an executive there and told me that he could get me tickets for any show. I would have killed for them at one time. Off to watch SYTYCD. I still enjoy that show.

I though they and my granddaughter were the same age. Great that they are starting college in the fall. Katie will be a junior in high school. Wish John well in finding a new job. Great picture of you and John. Girl, you just don't get any older! As Beautiful as ever. CA.... Your artwork is Beautiful. Loving the tree. Looking forward to seeing more! LI.... My Clay friend down here got tickets for The View. She drove the 8 plus hours up there on Monday, stayed in a motel overnight, got up and seen Clay, then got on the road and drove back. Got home around 2am. I did tell her that was a bit much IMO. As much as I would LOVE to see him up close like that, I am just too old for that kind of thing. (she is 10 years younger than me). I still miss watching those night time shows. Never have see SYTYCD. Hope Everyone Has A Good Day!
