No excuse; I just couldn't get up when the 3:00 wake up call sounded. D4: I am so glad to see you are on safe ground and hugging your loved ones. It took me years to adjust to the Desert; after living in the high altitude and cold winters of Montana. This is the first winter I have been cold since moving here 11 years ago. Thank heaven for Air condition. Luna: I miss your coffee and our morning "Hellos" I bet the dog misses his long walks with your DH. Cathy and Rpoppert: I am out of words. D4, it's so cool that you can keep in touch so fast and easy! Chatty, cold? in AZ---come out here and walk the for me . Rpoppert, time to check in! My MIL is failing. Dr. says she won't be going home. I that she doesn't linger in pain. She misses her DH so very much. I just hope my DH can get a chance to see her again this weekend. Good evening, mamarose, Rpoppert, catherine, Luna, chatty I hope you are all in good health and doing fine at present as your Families as well. They surparised me, Hovan my DGS with pacemaker graduated in kindergarden this morning. I was able to attend and witnessed what my eldest daugther missed. My son in Dubai is planning to take his vacation on June and will bring us when the heat weather is over. I will have much time with my other grandchildren from my daughter in Canada. My daughter in Singapore has to come back again. This save me from flying. I spend this afternoon watching and playing with my 4 grandchildren. Until tomorrow. ALL

Man what a long time at the dentist last night. Jaw hurts somewhat today( sound like anyone we know eh). Probably not as bad tho. It was the first time to have work done by this dentist. He was very careful, Kept asking if I was Ok. Most thankful for that. I have to make a payment on something today in the city today, so i am really hoping that Mark gets enuf $ on his cheque to cover it On a positive note B. was s'posed to go for another job interview at a chocolate factory. Her soon to be boss at the museum told her it was advisable to try to get a second job. it is really blah today on the Lake. Really am hoping it doesn't last long. Just waiting on DH for his evening check in call. This may be the longest business trip he's taken. Well we're doing OK here except I'm restless during the night---like the lady with the rooster at the foot of her bed at 3:00 am! I tried going to bed at 8:30 to catch up but then my dear doggy decided it would be fun to bark off and on for an hour. Ugh. Not much happening. I'm still considering a purchase of the new (old) CD. I'll probably break down and get it from iTunes for my iPod. Well, hope everyone has a lovely evening!

Good evening, mamarose, Rpoppert, catherine, Luna, chatty I hope you are all in good health and doing fine at present as your Families as well. Congratulation to my DGS (Kathleen eldest son) for being the class valedictorian. The deliberation was done today. Him and his Dad came to me and informed the good news. My daugther Kathleen from Canada called at the same time and confirmed the good news with excitement. He is turning 13 on Saturday. His graduation will be on March 31st. I will attend on behalf of my daughter. His younger brother Hovan (with PM) and his cousin Kyla, graduated in kindergarden yesterday and last Tuesday. We are busy preparing for my DGS Miguel 2nd birthday celebration on Sunday. Until tomorrow. ALL

Thanks Patty D4k congratulation on your grandbabies achievements. Robin Roberts just mentioned Clay's name. Wow Clay was just on GMA , major , just about jumped out of ma skin ova hera. They did a clip of him , , . Ppl are asking if some of the performers are lip synching> I have the insurance lady coming out to our home today to take pics of my house. . hoping (no ) that she doesn't want to come in the house. It would take a few days of HEAVY cleaning here to make me feel better, but with only one day's notice I will be So GLAD when I can start feeling better. Really feeling Guilt is a killer. I am so glad Clay has put a smile on my face, but guilty becuz I don't feel the person God wants me to be or used to be. Well ladies I am going to get going here. Gotta get motivated. Chatty, it's your Friday. Cathy, here's the hug you requested. Rpoppert, where the heck are you? MIL is failing fairly fast. Dr. said it won't be long. I imagine we'll head to MA on Saturday to be sure DH gets to see her. I'm happy that tonight is my last night alone here. It's been fun in ways and not so much in others. I do like to just go to bed when I'm tired and watch whatever I want to on the TV. Looking forward to watching my DVR'd AI from last night. I understand Adam was really good. Mom wants my brother to come out again to check my loo. I wouldn't mind but he is very critical about my house. Said he was going to come out this weekend, but DH called him back to ask of he could come out next week. Now he is suspicious that we didn't want him to come out becuz I am not a neat freak and it is going to take me forever to get the house the way THEY want it. Mark is still battling with something and does not want our niece to get it. . She is only 4 months old. There are times I really can't handle my family or don't want to. Ok, I am SO sorry I have been a mood killer this week. It is gorgeous on the Lake today, I'll take it ! I had to at myself this morning I was glancing in my devotional book thinking it was the 28th and called my friend thinking I missed her birthday. She told I didn't miss it , that today was the 27th and it was Friday. I am like "shoot I didn't watch the beginning of GMA. She worked at a local (A'burg ) restaurant so I didn't wake her up. Well ladies stumped again so I am going to get going . So have a great day and stay safe. to everyone. Cathy

It will just make me later getting my weekly chores done. Oh, well. Luna: You and Lunabear made it! Your DH will have a warm welcome from the both Luna's tonight. Nothing like a happy dog to make on feel needed. I will be thinking of you and your family this week-end. I pray you will find your MIL comfortable. It is never easy, no matter how prepared you are. Cathy: You may be worrying too much about what people think of your housekeeping. I am a neat freak but I am NEVER critical of any one's housekeeping. If anything, I admire them for having their priorities straight. God doesn't care how you keep your house. You have many great caring, qualities that come though your posts everyday. That is what makes you special. Rpoppert: I hope your week went well. We had very high winds all week, which means the Santa Anas may have blown through your area. It is depressing when trying to do anything that requires walking from the car to destination. How 'bout that Blog! A few lines about the weather is better than nothing, I guess. I am outta here for my day of cleaning. (it's not a favorable trait, Cathy) I miss out on a lot of good things when I am cleaning but I call it an obsession. Have a wonderful Friday, My Friends. It will be good to have him home. You're right Chatty, both Lunas will be happy to see him. He's much more patient with her and lets her sniff around longer than I do. 20 minutes is about my limit. We'll be going to see MIL tomorrow. I'm thinking we need to let her know it's OK to go. Priest will be giving her last rites but I'm not sure when. It makes me so mad to think that we live good lives and have to suffer so much at the end. Seems there should be a more humane way. Then again, maybe the suffering makes us ready to go.? Cathy, now who's being a downer? I agree with Chatty, a clean house is overrated. Especially when you have an elderly incontinent cat like I do. Good grief it smells in my house! I really hope no guests show up here. Well, I'm off to watch Ruben's performance on AI. Hope everyone has a nice restful night!

Thank you ladies for the pep talks, but it doesn't change the fact family members are A type personalities., and since my mom owns my house she will probably get a fill report. . The reasons I checked in right now was to tell you that my DD B. got herself a part time job at an old fashioned candy store. Starts today > She will be starting to work at the war museum in May. She is with the Lord and her DH now and away from the terrible arthritis pain that has plagued her most of her life. My poor DH learned this news while driving back from PA with a car full of co-workers. He seems to be fine as this wasn't unexpected. Your prayers are appreciated.
