Yeah, they're trying to wring their last pennies out of Clay. But IF it sells a decent amount--even if Clay doesn't make much money from it--it shows the public and the industry that Clay IS a viable artist who can still sell. Of course, I'll buy any CD of Clay's own music that's out there, even if it's from RCA or one of its divisions, unless Clay himself asks me not to. I don't want any CD of Clay's music out there to not sell. So I want as many people to know about this CD as possible. I'm certainly not expecting the label to promote it. And remastered recordings? Improved sound? I can't wait to hear whatever is on here!

Yes, this is really Clay's music. Legacy Records is a prestigious catalog division of Sony Music Entertainment, which owns RCA. RCA owns the master
recordings of Clay's songs, so it can put together this CD. Here's more info on Legacy Records. Note Legacy Records has put out CDs of some very
well-known artists:

I'll support any CD out there with Clay's music on it. I do wonder if there will be any previously unreleased songs on there. |

Clay did say that he recorded enough songs for 4 cds when he did ATDW, didn't he? I would love, love, love, love to have some previously unreleased
songs!!!! Even if they're covers, I'm all over it!
