Why isn't this televised???Because it's so raunchy and so politically incorrect that no channel would/could air it with the possible exception of HBO! My impression of the event over the years is that it's gotten raunchier, and it's kind of a "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" kind of thing. What happens at a roast stays in that room--not for public eyes or ears! I think participants and guests feel there is a kind of confidentiality about it--no one shares what happened at it after it's over which allows them to say some outrageous things. But it is an honor for him to have been invited. I hope he has a great time and wows them with his humor and talent.
