My brilliant husband thought that perhaps their website was just overwhelmed and suggested I try calling the symphany's box office. I got through almost immediatly and got great seats. Box office number is 704-972-2000. Good luck! BTW, it's a beautiful venue. We live about three hours away and wouldn't have ordered season tickets otherwise, but did so one year so that we could see Art Garfunkel. Great place to see a favorite singer! Very classy!
