I read the story about the person that got tickets today special by management...because of some bad customer service when trying to reach the box office for info on handicapped seating. She got 4 front row...darn it...lucky lady!!! Clayhugs!!!

So I would suggest trying now to avoid the mess on Monday. I am a fan club member, however the operator had no way of checking it as she told me.

More Recent Posts	I have a question addressed to those who have already received their tickets in the mail and ordered their tickets before they shut Clay's ticket ordering down on Tuesday, 9/12. Are you a subscriber member, or did you just create a user ID and luckily logged on and got through with a ticket order? I have seats that are showing up in my order log, and I have an email confirmation (with no cancellation email after that) but I have not received my tickets yet. I'm from OHIO. Any input would be appreciated.

Posts: 1628 09/16/06 2:59 PM More Recent Posts	Jersey, I ordered tickets before the Symphony's Web hole was plugged and received my tickets yesterday. If you got through and received a confirmation, I'm confident that those tickets should be in the mail soon (Not Clay's definition).

Are they going to have something to click on to order on Monday the 18th? They only show links to stubhub and other buy and sell sites. Any info would be greatly appreciated since my Clayfriend and I hope to be able to get seats. Thanks, Rosalie

Posts: 1628 09/17/06 3:38 PM More Recent Posts	Rosalie, I went to the DSO site and it looks as if they haven't updated it yet. The calendar doesn't even list Clay on December 18. Try and call their box office at (313) 576-5111. I'm not sure they are open on Sunday but it's worth the try. It should be easier tomorrow. I remember clicking on the announcement of Clay they posted and then took off.

The gal rushed me so much that she didn't say how I would get the tickets. She took my charge # only. Does this mean "will Call"??? This in my 3rd post!!! Hope you all had success also!!

Tickets are $ 68.00 USD or $ 79 CDN plus Expresspost costs costs. I have to advise the DSO by Oct. 23 if I still need them. Please PM me if you are interested!
