Great pics! Thanks skj1010! There were 4 of them and they were the greatest ladies!! One had a camera like mine but was further behind my 8th row seat and was struggling a bit with her Canon S2 IS. I think Canon should have Clay as their spokesman!! He sure has sold them a ton of those babies!!

Posts: 935 12/21/06 12:52 AM Clayboard Member Reply Quote More Recent Posts	Unfortunately I couldn't go to one of Clay's Christmas concerts this year, but I've taken my camera to other concerts throughout the year, and they never turn out that well when I can't use flash (unless the artist is perfectly still while the picture is being taken). My pictures are always blury. The only time my concert pics turn out well are when I am allowed to use the flash (with permission from the artist...of course). It always frustrates me because the picture will look great on the LCD screen, but when I bring it up on the computer they are always just a bit blurry.

She has done the most amazing stuff. I know that the ISO setting needs to be at 400, an should be on auto focus. It should also be set to P mode on the top button. I will try to find her post and put it up for you if you like. I would like to have been skin tone...A bit too bright yet. I can use a freeware photo program to adust the skin tone, but it takes forever to do all the photos. I would like to get it done without all that trouble. It is just a matter of what to set it on like tungsten, or indoor,,,etc.

Posts: 1602 12/21/06 12:56 AM Reply Quote More Recent Posts	We were a little far away, so that combined with the lighting, most of our pictures didn't turn out too great. They're usually really good with that camera though...we've used it for a bunch of stuff including last year's concert and it takes great pictures.

Posts: 1769 12/21/06 1:01 AM Reply Quote More Recent Posts	I used a filtering program on this photo to give him a bit more color. You have to be very very still and use your body as a tripod. Never look at the large screen for shooting but use the see though viewfinder at the top of the camera to look for the right shot. Use both hands and hold onto the camera really tight and don't move!!
