We went to a party at our neighbour's last night, then came home and fell asleep on the couch to a DVD. December is always a long month for both of us. Right now I'm just enjoying the peace and quiet of being the only one up. I'll give him another couple of hours before I wake him for presents and breakfast. Later we're planning on getting out and enjoying the rare white Christmas - either going for a walk in the park or pulling out our skates and hitting the lake. And then later this afternoon it's the big dinner with family and a few friends.

Cooking my turkey today. We are enjoying having our daughter home for Christmas. Seems very strange tho not having my mom home tho. My kids are here for 2 more days, we were able to get MIL out of the hospital for the day and had lots of other family drop in. The kids bought us a digital camera which we have thought about buying for a long time and we just love it. No more buying film and waiting for development. I am so happy that Clay did SD last night, what a Chistmas for the fans waiting for him he is such a sweetie. Hope you all had a good Christmas.

I am totally exhausted. Christmas was at our house this year and we were a very rowdy crowd. All of us had a great time! Now the clean-up begins and my Mom and I are getting ready to do some Boxing Day shopping. I really don't need anything, I'm just going to the mall to activate my new cellphone that my parents gave me for Christmas. It has internet, video/picture capabilities and a built in MP3 player. I worked Christmas eve day and then 4 hours yesterday and had hubby's mom and brother over for dinner last night. Kids didn't sleep well at all as they were 'spun' still. I'm hoping to get them outside for fresh air today and they'll sleep better tonight. I might try to get to Michaels today for boxing day shopping. have a great day everyone!!
