I can only buy so many CDs-----------------------HELP LORD!!! Today my son was remarking about a group that had been wildly successful and now are playing locally-------great for him because they are now accessible and affordable----------------I have such aspirations for Clay to not go that path. Anyone have any Claynex???? Gotta walk by faith and not by sight!!! I know God has a wonderful plan for Clay!!

TK has already passed their perdictions and Clay is way below . Clay would have to double his sales in the last 35% of stores reporting and I just don't see that happening. I have never seen HDD this far off.

Hattie, not sure if you have inside information on what Clay's plans are but I am thinking that there is something more on his plate that will be a big surprise for us. I think that may be the reason for no summer tour. JMHO!!!!

His sales were also a lot lower than what was predicted for his EP, so hopefully, there is more to come from WalMart.

I believe Walmart is in because they had an exclusive with Michael Buble and country does very well there also. Clay still has not received his bump from QVC and we can still think Target, Amazon and iTunes plus other are out there. Neil Diamond has not gotten his bump yet either. Five years ago when we watched this chart, the little mom and pop stores and such reported first. Many of those stores are now gone, so we cannot predict how the numbers come in. someone said that an artist can negotiate how their sales are reported, as in not throwing out all the numbers at once and it seems Walmart did this with two bumps for MB on his exclusive. After watching Clay last night I know he is only rising on the entertainment radar...he can take a dull and boring show and infuse so much fun and charisma into it with just five minutes of face time!!! The bigwigs can see this...no denying that!! A talent such as his cannot be denied. When producers see him they see $$$$ everywhere...kinda like that "dark and expensive forest" in Spamalot...Clay makes lemonade out of lemons every single day!! I cried for him yesterday but I will not do it today...just seeing him lets me know that his commitment to this career of his is very, very strong! Last Edited By: All4Luv 05/13/08 10:53 AM.
